My Parents Were Awesome
I stumbled across this blog, My Parents Were Awesome, where people submit pics of their folks. I don’t know why I find it so compelling, but I absolutely love looking at all the pictures.
More Moustache Love
Check out Archicraft’s Etsy shop. Nobody should be without a moustache bandana!
Where The Wild Things Are
Today was a dreary rainy day, so Darby and I decided to go to the movies. We went to see Where The Wild Things Are. We had a fun time, whispering together, giggling, eating gummy worms and watching the movie. It was so beautiful and I did tear up at the end, just for a second. I wasn’t sure if Darby would find it interesting enough to hold his attention, but he really liked it.
Welcome, Chairman Meow!
We got a new kitty this week. She was dumped on Noah’s mother’s doorstep. Since Sarah knew we were currently without a cat, she graciously drove 9 hours to give Darby his new pet. Dinner
Rigatoni with broccoli rabe, summer squash, grape tomatoes and Italian chicken sausage topped with parmesan cheese. Noah’s famous apple crumble for desert.
Apple Picking
Went apple picking yesterday. Such a nice way to spend a sunny fall afternoon. Can’t wait for the yummy apple crumbles Noah will bake for us.
Brand New Tees!
We have some brand spanking new tees in our shop.
Weekend Wrap Up
Crafty Bastards was so frenziedly busy that Noah wasn’t able to take off with Darbs for a little sightseeing tour of Barack Obama’s house. Darby was disappointed, but he was such a little trooper.
